Any laws regarding B2B Vehicle Lease Contracts?
Discussion
Hi all,
I don't want to go into too much detail at the moment in case this thread is found by the relevant company but..
Are their any laws (think unfair contract terms etc) that oversee B2B vehicle lease contracts?
I appreciate those entering into B2B contracts are deemed to know what they're signing (and I did/do!) but wondered if there is still anything that can be used to say "that's not a fair term" or "that's not enforceable"?
The long and short is my car (think fairly good spec family car just discontinued) is off the road indefinitely (major part on back order with no date available and the brand itself not speaking to the dealer to give a date), temp car I've been given as per contract is a base spec tiny runabout that is uncomfortable and terrible to drive. Contract doesn't say like for like but I could be in this for months (and can't withold or adjust payments either) and want to know if I can go back to them with anything.
