Hello there, would you mind letting me know what did the recent works consist of and has any work been done to the suspension, any other notable works thanks!

Hello, most recently the airbag light remained on due to a fault to the airbag module, which has been replaced. Also the heated seat function was not working due to the fuse needing to be replaced - all of these works have been done as per the invoice dated 5th November.

Prior to this, in May 2025 the valve cover gaskets were replaced and the car had a service. The water pump also had a slight leak so needed to be replaced.

The suspension has been working perfectly, therefore has been checked but not needed anything done to it as the car has been driven well. As per the description, this has been so well maintained and kept original by all 3 keepers, as seen by the invoices and requires minimal cosmetic restoration work to bring it back to almost new condition.

Please let me know if you require any further information.

A handsome car, what a shame BMW produce such monstrosities these days.

Good evening
Have you had any rust work carried out as it appears to be coming through on most panels.
Was the jacking point corrosion welded as per July 24 mot.
Also when were the front discs last replaced as mot mentions at 135k.
Cheers scott

Hello, good evening and thank you for your enquiry.

The previous owner did rust work, since I’ve had it (approx 3 years) I haven’t been able to. It’s one of the things that need doing, as you can see there are small patches mainly around the arches. I have focussed on ensuring the car mechanically has remained sound.

The disks do not need changing, following what the mechanic has advised from the service. Also as the jack points was only an advisory on the MOT I was advised it was ok to remain but does need to be done. The rest of the work done and the only other work that needed attention was taken care of as per the invoices. I hope that helps.

If I were to keep the car, I would love to now put my attention to its external restoration, which should not cost more than 1k (including alloy refurbs)

Thanks,
