TrackTitan leaderboard lap times

Are these reliable as a benchmark for a decent laptime? I can usually get into the top 5 on TrackTitan using just a Logitech G920 (with a TrueBrake mod for the pedals) and one of those deck chair style seats.

I ask because I'm using AC for a bit of off season practice and on cars/tracks I don't have a real benchmark for, I like to know what a decent lap time is. The TrackTitan times don't seem crazy fast and whilst I do a bit of racing in real life, I'm rarely in the top 5!! 😭

If there is a better reference for lap times, please do let me know
