Garage parking demand for EV's in SW London

I'm trying to buy a garage in zone 2 London and found one that has power and double size with space for 2 modern cars. It's not cheap though, and I'm wondering how easy it would be to rent out one half of it with a 7kwh charger - the power would be normal domestic rates, i.e. 7p/kwh overnight and 25p/kwh during the day.

Would folks say that is something there is demand for? It's a rather niche market.

I'll rent the second bay if the price is ok. Not for an ev but I would put one in when taking the other car that would be normally stored there. I'm currently looking for one but prices are a bit mad.

Enough demand I would say. If concerned just rent it out for ICE to help your costs.
