Daily Mail are today running a story about two synchronised class actions started yesterday Friday 5 th Dec 2025 .
One in U.K. high Court iirc 3 or 4 owners and another in the states Iirc 7 owners .
Plus now the stories public ( via both public galleries) many more previous owners coming out of the wood work with near miss incidents .

It centres from what I understand wether Ferrari knew there was a fault and did nothing , denied anything was wrong from 2010 when the 458 was launched and after many incidents some fatal eventually by 2021 issued a recall on both modals the 458/488 which presumably share the same brake tech ?
Owners of said vehicles will need to do your own due diligence and dig deeper especially to see it your car had the recall and has a record of the work being undertaken .

Something about a fluid leak leading to partial or complete brake failure, injury and loss of life

It taken a while for this to break ( no pun intended) out into the public domain .

Not exactly as there was a recall launched four years ago in the USA for what may be related

So the US case has been settled out of court.

The UK one is still on-going.

Wonder how that will pan out?
