My first McLaren (which I don't have any more), had missed its first year service and was a few months late on its second, although it had only done 5K miles. McLaren Ascot did 'both' services and sold it as approved used with a 2 year warranty.
Any mileage interval above 7/8000 is a poor show, and I'd look elsewhere. Reason being there are too many mechanical check points that have been neglected for too long - Oil level being the first. Time lapse is almost irrelevant subject to dry storage. IMO
