Hello all, after some insight.
Hayfever has been worse in recent years, but I'm wondering if I've developed other allergies too? Maybe something introduced into the house.
For the last couple of months I've suffered inflamed nostrils and congestion, sometimes making sleeping difficult. Antihistamines help, the doctor has prescribed a steroid nasal spray which opens up my airways nicely. I'd really like to get to the bottom of what's going on, it feels like an allergic reaction but I can't be sure.
