Griffith heater panel

Hi all. Just need some advice on the pitfalls of removing the pc board from the veneered metal part. I've removed it many years ago to repair the ice led. So that part is easy. Just not sure what is going to fall apart. Want to get rid of the cracked veneer and powder coat same colour as leather. Regards Dave.
