Cerb driving hazards

Would you believe it! driving back from Ace Cafe last night in my Cerb, on a quiet B road see a figure crossing the road very slowly so I slow right down. Figure turns out to be a teenage Chavette standing about six inches from my front bumper, swaying from side to side in a drunkenly defiant posture mouthing something that was thankfully drowned out buy my very loud sports exhausts, and her equally moronic boyfriend leering through passenger side window beconing me to get out of the car and have a go, FFS what is wrong with these morons? if you so much as nudge them with any part of your car you are in deep sh*t straight away, so you have to just sit there and wait for them to get bored and move out of the way.

Anyone else had similar experiences?
