Due to the joy that is Facebook/Meta the Ginetta Enthusiasts Facebook Page was Suspended for "impersonation" back in early November.
Who or what the Facebook/Meta AI bots thought it was impersonating I don't know.
The club tried and tried to get the decision reversed to no avail.
Once the 1st appeal button was pressed we got a "No we got it right" reply and no other routes of communication were opened, which seems a little incongruous for a platform that's supposed to be about social interaction.
One highlight is the page status that says: Good news: no violations to show.
Followed by: Restrictions Your Page is restricted because it didn't follow Community Standards.
So we've reluctantly had to start again, we've gone from near 2000 followers to 17

Probably soon to smply be The Ginetta Owners' Club Facebook page, but that needs approving by the committee
