We have a van due to go back that has the passenger door and the 2 rear doors that really need replacing.

We had a quote from a body shop which came back at £6k eek.

No issues in taking a hit for this as the damage was done by us, but I am considering returning it as is and seeing what bill we get - when you return a car with damaged wheels it tends to be cheaper to just pay the fine in my experience.

What do you reckon?

Check what your lease company terms are for ‘acceptable damage’ The acceptable criteria for a commercial vehicle is usually very different from a regular car, and can be surprisingly lenient. Usually!.
