VW part number - approx year?

Found a plastic pipe in the gutter outside our drive, with a VW part number on. Slight panic as we have a bunch of VW Group cars in the family, but turns out it's probably not important.

The part number has close matches to an air box water drain - I've checked our own cars and the drains are there and are slightly different in design (the one I found is smooth plastic, ours are corrugated).

The part number is A6 200 129 637 B. I know being a VW part it's likely to have been fitted to various marques and models, but is it possible to identify the approx year? The A6 bit seems quite unusual in VW part numbers, but doesn't seem to mean it's off an Audi!

Ignore A6, and it's 2Q0. 200 doesn't exist.

I thought it most likely to be off our well used 2018 1 litre SEAT Ateca, but that still has its corrugated pipe in the position shown in the diagram. The different design made me think the smooth one might be older.

Could be that one (or t'other) is a supercession - the picture in parts diagram wouldn't change.
