Realistically how long will this last once opened?

The small print says to drink in 3-4 days, but not sure I'm going to drink 8 pints of it by Tuesday! Are they being overly cautious with that 3-4 days, or will it really start tasting rank.....?

Pints are just the starter before red then scotch

I've had loads of these kegs from various breweries over the years and had no problem drinking them up to a month after cracking them open.
It's the old issue of 'Best before' vs 'Use by' ...despite myriad attempts at mansplaining this to my missus she will chuck out perfectly adequate food that has exceeded the best before date by a couple of days, convinced she will cop for salmonella or something
Enjoy the Landlord, one of my favourite beers!

I have enjoyed a lot of mini-kegs from various breweries, and I wouldn't be drinking it past 3 days. It will be in decline after that. Their advice of 3-4 days is correct, but I would stick to 3 days or less. The small print says to drink in 3-4 days, but not sure I'm going to drink 8 pints of it by Tuesday! But as others have said, surely you'll smash that within the timescales? 3 pints a day is nothing, it'll be gone in about 2.5 days.
Other advice from me would be to keep it somewhere cool, and let it stand in the same place without knocking it and moving it for at least 24hrs before opening if you can. It will be way better that way, and it won't fizz and foam all over the place when you open it.

Ok, excellent, I'm on a half day today, might nearly be time to pour a pint then! Real ale is a live beer, unpasteurised, and begins to secondary ferment and deteriorate rapidly once the keg is opened and the beer exposed to air (either a full size pub keg, or one of these mini kegs). No decent pub would allow cask ale to be served past 3 days.
It will quickly begin to lose condition and flavour after 3-5 days, and will actually go off and potentially give you bad guts at 6+ days.
Sure, if it's a lager keg with some kind of co2 dispenser system, then it will easy last a month, but real ale? No, definitely not.

The beer in mini kegs is "bright" hence no sediment(yeast) left at the bottom or floating around for that matter . There will be no secondary fermentation but 5-7 days would be about the limit once opened for the best condition .Real ale is a live beer, unpasteurised, and begins to secondary ferment and deteriorate rapidly once the keg is opened and the beer exposed to air (either a full size pub keg, or one of these mini kegs).
