I’ve added a dome camera to my home cctv. It’s a swan system and I’m using their app.
The new camera randomly swaps between portrait and landscape view. (Squashed view on portrait)
There are no options in any of the menus to select and as it’s seems completely random I don’t think it’s that.
I’ve adjusted the camera in case it was out by 90deg but no difference, and seeing as I had to strip part of the roofing tiles to install it I don’t want to try a different camera if it’s could be something else?

Is it wifi or Ethernet?

Any chance of trying a different port? Or delete and re-install the camera.

Are you on the web interface when you say menus? Most should be able to fix settings such as orientation etc.

What model is it?

The cameras are bnc coax I’m viewing on the app.
I’ve looked through menus on the app and the monitor in the loft plugged in to the base unit.
Not sure of the model, I’ll get up in the loft tomorrow.
