Final Gazette Notice
Discussion
Not "going bust", it's already ceased to exist with its remaining assets (if any) going to the Crown. The notice almost certainly includes a date when the company ceased.
A creditor can try to have the company restored to the register. It all depends how and why the company ceased to exist and may require a court order. If there are no assets this would be pointless.

Still trading as far as I can see.A creditor can try to have the company restored to the register. It all depends how and why the company ceased to exist and may require a court order. If there are no assets this would be pointless.
I thought if a notice has discontinued then a director has put forward a viable case?
It depends on why they were being struck off.
Sometimes a company can be struck off if they don't file their documents on time. if the directors realise this is going to happen and submit the documents then the strike-off gets discontinued
Another reason why the strike-off might be discontinued is if the Creditors are trying to stop the company disappearing into the ether. its happened to us a few times - debtors try to wind the company up without us knowing about it. Our solicitor prevented the strike-off and we had to do a liquidations to try and get some of our money back.

There could be a number of reasons why the strike-off has been discontinued. And a number of reasons why there was an application to strike-off in the first place. Without see the Companies House records it's hard to give any indication.I thought if a notice has discontinued then a director has put forward a viable case?

The records don’t show why the notice was originally issued, or why it’s been rescinded. They rent an office locally and the telephone has been engaged for the last three days.
I know that could just mean there’s a fault on the line, but add it to the notice it’s a bit suspicious.
It’s been a week now since I first tried to contact them in all forms of communication- totally ghosting me and I have a suspicion they’re not even In the country now.
