I have been struggling to get the accuracy required for editing photos using a mouse and realised that part of the problem was that whilst my co-ordination with my right hand is good enough for navigation with a mouse it is not good enough for photo editing due to my left handedness. Trouble is my left hand has no mouse skills and the button selection just feels plain weird. So have invested in a Wacom Volito 2 (£40 from PC world). It is an absolute revelation and the best value bit of kit I have purchased. If you are a fellow sinistrel go get one.

[small]I am not employed by Wacom or PC world, do not sue me if it doesn't work for you. Usual terms and conditions apply, investments go up and down, fags make you cough, don't stick screwdrivers in your eye. etc.[/small]

So you're left-handed but have always moused with your right? Weird!

Mind you it can't be easy - like trying to left-foot brake and going through the windscreen because the left foot only knows UP and DOWN
