I've been looking for but not found a small rack that I can lay clothes on that don't need to be washed yet but don't need to go back in a wardrobe/drawer, like jumpers or jeans. Maybe a few bars and a shelf.

In my head it looks like a low towel rack that my parents had when I was little but don't particularly want a crappy towel rack in my bedroom.

Any ideas?

First time I’ve heard the phrase too. biggrin

As an alternative - don’t people generally use a small chair in the bedroom for that purpose these days?

Looking for something a bit more shallow so it can fit between the bed and the window, a chair would just get in the way.

I learnt the lesson to not use the Floordrobe many years ago when an enormous spider crawled inside my jogger bottoms. I didn't realise until it started wriggling about on my thigh as I was sitting at the breakfast table.

Given that I am a complete arachnophobic, I absolutely had the screaming hab-dabs for the following ten minutes.

I bought a Valet stand not long after...
