Vanquish 2 Rear light Condensation

Call out for advice. I have a 2015 Vanqush and have noticed some condensation in rear lights. Having had this issue with a previous V8 Vantage, I removed and split the lights, removed the moisture, sealed them back together and added some Gortex covered breather holes which solved the problem,
Has anyone done something similar to the Vanquish light clusters? I hear that they may not be able to be spit as per the Vantage/DB9 lights. So I may have to resort to drilling breather holes and covering them with Gortex - question is: Where to drill to avoid damaging the internals? Or is there a better option (short of waiting until they fail and buying rather expensive repalcements)?
I need to do something before the LEDS start failing. Any advice gratefully received!
