Plusnet to Greenby email migration

I've had my F9 email address since 1997. I've no idea how many places I'm registered with using that address, but it's a lot!

I'm having the devil's own job getting the Greenby site to work properly. I can log in but when I try to look at my mail box I just get the whirly wheel of death.

You can't talk to Greenby by phone (as far as I can see) and the support ticket seems to be answered by AI then not a lot.

Is it just me? There doesn't seem to be a lot on online chatter about it.

Set a gmail address set-up and migrate across, you don't want to be tied to an ISP email address.

I've already started the process. But, it will take yonks! It would be nice to view emails in the interim.

Setup forwarding (assuming you can) and migrate as much important stuff as soon as you can then migrate the rest.

You mean forwarding isn't working or the website won't let you set it up?

Have you tried different browsers, incognito mode etc. just to rule things out?

You might be able to setup Gmail to "pull" mail - not familiar with Greenby but the threads on the Plusnet forums seem a mixed bag.

Yes, it worked first of all on Chrome, then stopped. So, I've tried Bing & then Safari on my phone.

I can't get Outlook to connect either. I've managed to get my iPhone mail to download, but I'm not confident I'm seeing everything. (And there are periods when this won't work).

To complicate things a bit I have three mailboxes with 23 aliases on Plusnet.

If it were me I would focus on getting the "this will fk up my life if it stops working" stuff moved to Gmail first then work through the "nice to have" stuff.

It's just started working!

I suspect it's all a little unstable...maybe the newness?
