Hi, hoping someone can point me in the right direction, recently brought a 2nd hand Tecalmit spacemaster mk3, it’s 3 phase and I’ve got a tranny on it for 240v, it’s all set up and the motor is spinning for the hydraulics, no movement??? I’ve just noticed there’s a hole on the top of the reservoir, it’s hasn’t got a thread in it? It’s about 8mm diameter, does anyone know what plug/bung is needed as I assume the systems not sealed hence it’s not working???

Generally hydraulic reservoirs aren't sealed. If it needed to be sealed and wasn't you'd expect oil the blast out when you attempted to use it.

Are you sure there's oil in it?

The reservoir shouldn't be sealed, air is needed to enter/leave to replace/be displaced by the oil as it is pumped round the system.

ETA.
There is probably significant amounts of air in the system, you need to google a bleeding process or find a manual to get one.

Don't run it for lengthy periods until you have oil in it properly as the pump will be running without any oil to lubricate it when it is running like that.
