DJI Action 5 and Mic 2 Lag

Anyone got this combo?
Everything connects, seems fine. Record a vid, play it back on the camera and it's in perfect sync, load it into the Mimo app (android) and there's a small but noticeable lag in the audio.
So if I then upload that to my YT channel the lag is present.
When I google this it tells me to go to the Sync Audio setting in WiFi Mic but I don't have that setting in my menu, might be an Apple thing.
If I try to upload the vid straight from the camera it asks me to disconnect the camera from the app first but as soon as I do that it then says I can't upload it cos I'm not connected to the App!
Not gonna lie, I don't really have a clue whats going on. If someone has this combo and Android could you give me a quick run through on how you do this?
