Does anyone know if there's some wonder product that you can spray on the inside of your windscreen to stop it misting up.

My heater and blowers packed in on the way to work so I've just come down the M1 with my windows down and I'm now wringing out my clothes!

I eagerly await any news of such a product, in the mean time I'm off to find my mangle...

Cheers

RainX do an internal window cleaner/anti-mist product.

Not used it much myself, but it might be worth a go!

Can't you get some kind of anti-fog stuff for the inside of helmet visors? That would do the trick, I reckon.

The Rain/X anti mist is quite good, I use it as well as Rain/X on the outside. Having said that it still mists at time, normaly I just open the window a bit to let the humidity out and turn the window blower on.

Alas, I have no magic wand for this problem.

Worth trying Fog X. Works well on inside of helmet visor. Holts have their own version but I'm not sure if it's the same stuff. Probably not, but it comes in a bigger pack.

Rain X anti mist. Excellent stuff. Drove back after Chastworth, wet everything, clothes etc that is, and I could see fine.

Spit on it and rub it round with your fingers.

Well it works on the inside of diving masks and helmet visors

I believe a bit of Fairy Liquid works too. It must work by reducing surface tension and thus stop droplets forming.

Thanks for all the suggestions...

I don't think I have enough spit to do the whole windscreen!

I like the idea of the fairy liquid because I'm inherently tight, but I've used the Rainex exterior stuff and it works well so I'll give the interior stuff a whirl...

I'll spit on it for ya

Can't guarantee the consistency. You might have to pick the bits out.

Lovely, Byff gob just what the doctor ordered

presumably that would stop condensation by detering people from getting into the car!

Now, there's a million pound idea, an anti theft that cheap to fit with no false alarms...
