I built a Beach Buggy back in the early 80's, nowhere near as detailed as this one. Remember taking it to Santa Pod for one of the early VW Bug Jam mets and doing a 'run wot you brung' on the strip.

hi, will it be possible to convert the steering from RHD to LHD? are there parts in the dashboard?

Hi, I have no idea how it's done, but it would not be the first time that a VW has been converted from LHD to RHD.

in one paper provided here the engine is 1600 ccm big? how that?

I am not 100% sure that it is a 1600 cc, so I would rather sell it as a 1300cc engine. Therefore it is a bonus for the buyer if it is a 1600cc engine.

The important number is the chassis number. In the UK this number identifies the car . The chassis number is 1122316648 and the present engine number is AB482270. During it's life it has obviously had another engine fitted. This is the confusion between a 1300 and 1600 cc engine. From research the AB is used for a 1300 block.
