Kids smart watch with GPS / tracking app?
Discussion
Afternoon.
I've got the original Spacetalk watch for my little boy and it was fine up until Spacetalk launched a new app and having been forced to I stall said app, I now can't connect to / pair his phone and some research would suggest this and more are now common complaints following this new app / update / launch.
So, I'm oot...
Now looking for an alternative solution / recommendations for a solid option - has to be a watch, he's 8 and not getting a mobile phone despite the advantages. Said watch needs to be able to call, message and have a live tracking option.
There's plenty no brand / genetic options out there but I'm always a bit dubious though equally, can't really depending hundreds on some posh Garmin or similar. Just a decent, simple solution needed.
Thanks

Thanks. Had a look at the Garmin Bounce but there seems to be a lot of complaints about laggy messages plus inaccurate GPS at times. It's very frustrating as the SpaceTalk was doing all that was required up until it all went wrong either their new app and updates which looks to have created a huge, widespread issue.
