Does anyone have one of these and are experiencing problems since a software update. It goes offline every morning refusing to recognise any questions for instance "hey Google play LBC radio" it replies "I don't know here is a link"
Previously for six months it would do everything we asked, now since the software update it does not play any radio programme when asked. We have tried factory, reset, changed hub mode etc etc.
Google sent us a new hub which has not sorted it out and today I've had a new tablet which has no sorted it out. We have been online and seen many people are having the same problem since the software update.

We now want Google to refund us because we sick of it and it has been eight months since we bought it do you know where we stand because clearly it is not fit for purpose even though it does everything else to a satisfactory standard.

Or does anybody have a solution to this please. It might sound trivial but every morning having to reset everything just to get the radio to work is incredibly annoying.

Have you tried using the LBC app either manually or using voice commands, as opposed to the assistant trying to stream live links?

Or tried using voice commands to stream other live radio?

If other live radio streams work as expected it would point toward the Assistant attempting to access web links for LBC which are no longer valid.

Ours is now 2.5 years old and bang up-to-date but I use a radio app to have stored presets, sometimes accessed via voice commands, sometimes via touchscreen.

But podcasts are the main media played through ours, as opposed to radio live streams.

Which device is it? I've found with our Google home hubs if we say "hey Google play Radio X" it struggles, but if we say "hey Google play Radio X on Global Player" its fine.

I was away over the New Year break, but tried this using voice commands yesterday.

Can confirm it's not working for me either.
Not via the assistant or using voice commands to launch stations within a radio app.

Tapping shortcuts or using the player app is fine. And voice commands work for pause/stop etc once radio streaming has begun.
