Thoracoabdominal Aortic Aneurysm - anyone knowledgeable here

As per the subject line, is there anyone posting on here who has a reasonable level of medical knowledge of the above issue?

I have some questions about medium / long term prognosis after 2 partially failed attempts to use a stent to fix a "leak".

I am no doctor! But a friend of mine had a similar thing, he had a full open chest operation and a synthetic replacement bit put in. He is fine now, but its not without risk (but then everything has risks).
