When can I sell some catalytic converters?

I have a pair of catalytic converters from a Lamborghini that I have no use for..

Any recommendations of places that can provide a quote?

No idea how much they’re worth and would rather scrap them than let some poor bugger buy /fit them to a car again (known to ingest into the engine)

I've never met anyone involved in the scrap metal business i'd trust to be up front & honest about the value, so I think i'd just stick them on eBay with all the details visible & hope they sell for the going rate.

How would you know what price to list them at? Or would you do an auction and see where it goes?
The worry with that is that it’s quite an obscure car that I can’t imagine many people would be in the market for a pair on eBay
