TVS monthly meet?

Many many moons go we did a business related one but with C&M down the road (roughly speaking) I wonder if there's interest in a monthly local meet, probably midweek, Tuesday or Thursday perhaps?

I was thinking of C&M near Farnham. There's another thread where there may be a PH meet there soon anyway which I'll keep an eye on. Apparently there is a FB group related to it.

Another potential option could be Podium Place in Newbury, they love hosting groups and have the F1 Sims ...

I went to Podium Place once, but it struck me that parking seem a bit limited compared to C & M.

Are we talking an unofficial thing amongst 10 people... or a 300 car PH meet?

If unofficial, how about Seven Stars in Petersfield or The Jovial Sailor in Ripley? (In both cases by "in" I mean "outside" but you know what I mean. )

I'm reading it as a small local unofficial gathering rather than a full blown PH event

Great. I have used both of the above for local TVRCC meets in the past.

Oh, after poking the credit card machine at Nine Excellence today, I was told that they want to host more car meets there this year. Might be a bit out of the way for TV&S, though.

What about hotel car parks eg Foxhills?

Open to ideas but there's no reason it couldn't be at differing locations. I know C&M is plenty big enough but maybe the others are too.

And I saw this more a a local/regional meet, not a 300 car meet but anyone's welcome.

Since you started the post, would you like to select a venue and state a time/date?

FWIW I'm on the Surrey/SW London border (near Kingston) and can't do Saturdays generally speaking.

Good call. I was planning on suggesting exactly this once my car is back on the road next month.

C&M and Podium Place are perfect for me. I'm slap bang between the two more or less.
