AV cable help?

I need another one of these and I'm struggling to find one - mainly because I don't know what it's called!

USB-C both ends but with an HDMI adaptor secured at one end so that it can't' go walkies...



Any thoughts?

RE ordinary USB C/Thunderbolt to HDMI cable, I need the option for HDMI as well, in case it's an older laptop that wants to connect.
