Help identifying a racing car - Singapore 1967

A bit of a long shot granted but PH often surprises. Any ideas on the car? It is a photo my father took during a visit between deployments.




It seems there was a GP there in '67, but I can't find any entry lists or results.

Doesn't look right to me, but I'm no expert! Looks more like a Brabham BT11A if I search the 67 season, mirrors mounted onto the clear windscreen rather than the body.

The driver of car number 46 in the main Grand Prix event of the 1967 Singapore Grand Prix was Cheung Chin Ming of Hong Kong.
He was driving a Lotus 23 with a Ford engine.
In the separate Sports & GT race held during the event, a car with number 46 was assigned to an Allan Moffat, driving a Falcon GTHO in a different event/year mentioned in forum discussions, which is not the main Grand Prix race itself. The main Grand Prix winner, driving a different car number, was Rodney Seow in a Merlyn-Ford.

Hahahaha - yes, I had several different results too. I went with the Brabham result as the car matched.

ETA I also considered why your father might have taken the photo - was he a fan of Cheung Chin Ming or Jack Brabham?

How about a Lotus 18/21 i.e. an 18 but with 21 bodywork? They were about in the early 1960's in Europe, later on the other side of the world.
