Well folks, what can I say other than a massive thank-you to everyone that attended, after the track was paid for we raised a staggering £1,100 which will be split equally between The British Heart Foundation and Marie Curie Cancer Care.
Special thanks must go out to..
Declan (Capt Sideways) for doing the drifting shows, passenger hotlaps and driver's briefing, you really made the day mate! Your reward looks like it will be on T.V. tomorrow night!
Also say thanks to your mate with the Mitsi Evo for bring the fire extinguishers.
Alec (Agent 6) Thanks for coming along and giving your time to the day, you were a great help sir!
Dave Kent, for bringing my van up with all the furniture, gazebos, prizes!
Rob James for doing the artwork and generally helping out when I needed to bounce ideas of someone.
Potsy - for wrecking my VR6 :rolleyes: :D
Kurt - For being the other driver aliong with myself who christened the grass in style!
Anna and my sister Caroline for shifting the raffle tickets and generally badgering people for money!
The S club - for making the pilgrimage down from Hampshire and contributing to a great day.
Steve from Plymouth with the Yellow Cerb who made sure the track was NEVER empty! The boy can drive too! :yes:
....and each and every person who gave raffle and auction prizes, without you we would have never raised this amount!
The weather was blinding and so was the day, another one is planned for the spring - See you there!!!!!

Well done to you and your helpers for organising such a great day. I and the other "S" owners from Hampshire really enjoyed it.
I'm particularly pleased that a tidy sum was made for the charities as I was was hoping for a much greater turnout of TVR owners. Those who didn't come can only regret their decision to do something else!
Let's hope you decide to repeat it next year!

Hi. Just to echo Dark Matter's sentiments. Thanks for organising a great day and raising so much money for two worthy causes.
Perhaps those who didn't make it this year could be given a chance to redeem themselves if a similar event was organised for next year????????

Just a word of wisdom from someone who's tried it...
Non PAS + woodrim Steering wheel + short twisty circuit = Pinged back muscle due to opposite lock snatchback.

Wow what a great day, nice to meet everyone thats quite a figure raised!, more than a pleasure to be of some help. My predictions for which corners you lot would have visits into the scenery with came true, you all seemed to be trying hard enough! in the factories cars too 
I wish I'd gotten those Josh Stone tickets, that would have been a highlight for the day. Still that nice Hugo Boss wallet I won in the raffle shall at least have some reddies left to put in it.

shall keep my eyes peeled for BBC Points West on Monday night
