Wasn't sure whether to put this in TV or finance. I'm fully on board all the leaking roof drama etc. It's all good fun. No complaints about the 'magic of TV'. But I'm quite interested in the untold reality of it all.

Curious if anyone knows anything more about the terms of the lease. I remember reading there was some lottery funding to restore the house. The 150k can't have made it much past the decoration.

Also interested in the logistics. There must be a bigger boat somewhere?

Know a few of the trades working there. It’s a mix of grants, lottery and to paying for it. The place is still failing down.
