Hip pain

Had flu over Xmas and have suffered from an sort of annoying stiff hip pain ever since, possibly due to being in bed for days, I tend to sleep on one side, it is that side that aches.

Fine to walk, feels better with movement, am bloody concerened its arthiritis!!! Not sure if itis joint, or muscle, I can feel it, at the top of thigh bone, weird
