That sounds good, is it about how organisation and complexity arise from simple rules, the origins of life and consciousness etc? Fascinating stuff
ETA, I started looking at the Wikipedia page, and in the first paragraph there were two words I had to look up, this might take a while.

Yes it's mostly about pattern recognition, symmetry and asking questions, and recognizing that there are some things that we cannot ever know. Quantum mechanics and general relativity are featured. Geek mode on: I studied Physics and Astrophysics at university so none of the concepts were new to me. But he does have good science communication skills that enabled me to better understand concepts that I had been taught by some very clever people but with less communication skills. If I recall correctly, I failed dismally at cosmology.
