Take one Outlon Park, one set of RWD high power machines, and mix a whole load of rain...

And it's not just the skinny tyre classics that get it wrong...

Sorry - my picture server was updating itself!

Amazingly they both got away without a scratch, the Aston was about one foot away from those tyres!

Unfortunatly a few other cars weren't so lucky (more pics when I've sorted out the whole lot).

We had much the same problem at Combe on Saturday afternoon. The heavens opened at about 1:30 and it didn't let up until the end of the meet. Made for some good racing though and some interesting lines, not to mention spins, slides and some rally style cornering for the rear-drive saloon car chaps. Our very own Phatgixer had a little 'M3 - Tyrewall interface' at Quarry too I believe. Didn't see it but saw the car coming round after the race on the back of a recovery truck!!

"No, let's just go over it again. Brake pedal in the middle, accelerator on the right, and that thing over there, that's the s.t.e.e.r.i.n.g wheel, and you NEED TO TURN IT"

You could see this particular off coming a mile away. Gave me lots of time to set the shot up

It's the marshall in the background that finishes it off for me. You can just imagine he's just sighed the biggest sigh
