Yes but it's worth seeking out the moneyesavingexpert or similar deals as you can end up paying only a couple of quid a month for 6-8 months.
You need to be mindful of your real world network signal coverage in your area too. Sky are O2 whereas Lebara are Vodafone, good strength with one network does not guarantee the same for others (both Vodafone and O2 are patchy around here for mobile data whereas EE are strongest in most parts).

I got a SIM only deal from Lebara (via MSE) on Friday. 50GB for £7.90 but only £2.90 for the first 6 months. Free EU roaming (30GB) and 100 minute international calls.
There were other deals like that with more or less data - they ended at midnight tonight although I'm sure there are similar ones often.
I've stuck mine in a spare phone until my number is ported - which is due tomorrow. But it seems to work fine

I have got 5 lines with Lebara, most of which have just dropped out of their MSE intro rates.
After nearly a year of use for me, this is what I have spotted vs my old contract with Vodafone:
Traffic shaping: I am often on 4G when I would have been on 5G before but that doesn't make any difference to me. That might also be due to merging of the Three network, as well.
Wifi calling works well.
Roaming is included up to 20GB/month and that alone saves me 80 quid/year vs the Vodafone "pass" system.
Texts can take a little longer to arrive but I am only talking minutes.
Call quality is the same.
Web interface for account management is far easier than Vodafone.
No annual price increases.
It is only a 30 day contract so easy to bin off if it doesn't work for you.
I am happy with Lebara and will be staying until that changes

I echo everyone else.
Switched from O2 last year. 2 of us went to Lebara on 5Gb (daughter int he USA) & 30Gb (me, use 5-10/month) deals, 2 went with GiffGaff on unlimited (son & wife, both use > 100Gb/month). Lebara has been great and I will probably switch the other 2 to Lebara when their contracts runout.
I seem to only get 4G in the UK, but was on 5G us the USA. Satnav, music streaming and a bit of browsing - so no big deal. The roaming allowance up to the data package is a bonus with Lebara as GiffGaff is restricted to 5Gb only.

I eventually got Sky to get their act together and got 10GB for £5 each for my 3 SIM cards.
The big benefit to keeping them is I can use the Sky broadband in the house but if they do this next time I m off.
Sadly, it seems to be a common business practice these days. I wonder if they realise how much it contributes to the loss of customers. The big benefit to keeping them is I can use the Sky broadband in the house but if they do this next time I m off.
We moved from Virgin to Toob, because we got tired of the Virgin media practice of : Your contract is about to end, so your payments will <at least> double from next month (unless you call us and threaten to leave, in which case we'll give you a decent deal).
As I mentioned on the main Lebara thread, I moved to them last week because EE mailed me to say that they were increasing my payments by 25%. Obviously I can afford another £2.50 a month, but the principle sucks - especially when (for minimal effort) I can move to a company that promises not to do that - and will actually give me more for less anyway.

This I got the first six months at 42p pm - now paying £9 for 50Gb
Switched from Voxi to get the roaming, which has worked well.
