Yamaha XSR700 w.bobbins paddock stand options
Discussion
Hi folks
I'm not sure I can't understand what I'm reading from either a ridiculous lack of sleep (newborn has arrived), or the whole bobbins and paddock stand is way more complicated than it should be.
My bike is a 2023 Yamaha XSR700 with these bobbins fitted by the prev owner
Evotech
This is the paddock stand I'm looking at -
Oxford Rear Paddock stand
Will this fit without having to buy anything else?
Thank you
D

Just to throw a curve-ball, I have one of these stands with castors and it's fantastic for moving the bike around to maximise garage space

Will work for the paddock stand but I m not sure how you can adjust the chain with it on them.
It also says they can t be used for rear wheel removal or sitting on the bike when raised.
Seem a bit chocolate teapot.
Assuming an Abba stand will fit get one of those. More outlay but a lot more versatile. The come up secondhand on marketplace and the like from time to time at a decent discount on new.

Like Tim said, get the stand with the rubber L-cups instead of the forks, as I believe your bike doesn't have bobbins that attach to the swingarm. It also says they can t be used for rear wheel removal or sitting on the bike when raised.
