Leasing Mileage question

Hi there,

Sorry if this is in the wrong spot please move if so.

I've got a Nissan Ariya via Drivalia going back in July, it's going to be over the mileage allowance by about 3K I estimate. I called them today to see if there was a way to increase the mileage allowance but they said there "system" wasn't set up to do this and it might in a few months. Most other lease companies wont allow you to change with only 6 months left.

Just wondering if anyone else has managed to extend it via Drivalia or will I just suck up the charge?

Normally cheaper to pay the excess, I tried to change mine and it went from £269 per month to £322 to add another 4k miles, I had 13 months left so an additional £689 over the contract, excess mileage is £0.12ppm so £480 charge and I may not do the full 4k
