Turbo R tyre life

I am running Michelin Latitude Sport 3 on 17" rims. The current tyres were new when I fitted these wheels, having previously had 15"s, so I have no idea how many miles I should expect to get out of these.

Does anyone have any experience of this combination or similar?

Sadly not, but very curious to know the answer. I stuck with the original wheels and 'off road' tyres as it has been a winter daily. So far 30,000 miles in with little wear. A later plan is to try and swap to a different wheel so hope someone has an answer!

Currently !7" rims work well and are readily available, if not inexpensive. Although the Micelins are about the only widely available choice to fit them, they are good tyres, relatively cheap (c. £200 each) and described on my supplier's website as "electric vehicle approved", so I imagie that they, or something similar, will probably be around for some time to come.
