Looking for a charity car convoy organiser

Hi all, we’re organising a one-off charity car convoy on Sat 25 April 2026 (Oxfordshire → London → Dover). This is not a rally - think calm, well-briefed, joyful convoy with a mix of classics + interesting cars.

We’re looking for a part-time organiser (freelance/contract) Jan-Apr 2026, approx 150–200 hours total, £18–22/hour.

What you’d do:
Recruit cars via clubs/owners groups/meets (emails, DMs, follow-ups)
Manage registrations + questions + participant comms
Help put together a simple run-of-day plan + participant briefing
Coordinate on the day (or delegate well) so it runs smoothly

Who you are:
Genuinely into cars / understand the culture
Organised, proactive, comfortable messaging people you don’t know
Bonus if you already help run meets, club drives, or owners groups
