Blocked ear grommet

While I wait for my GP to contact me about a blocked ear grommet, I was wondering if anyone here has had one and managed to unblock it? If so, what did you do?

As you can imagine, it being blocked is causing me some challenges, so unblocking it would be quite handy, if possible, otherwise it's going to be a case of probably having to have it replaced.

I managed to unblock it using bicarbonate ear drops.

Worse things I had in my ears, caused infections and made the tinnitus 10 fold more...
