Top 100 best tv shows of all time

Twin Peaks is there, not sure if I should watch it again, it was pretty off the wall when it was released.
Just put The West Wing on my to watch list, I see it is streaming on Channel 4.
Some cracking shows there, some standouts for me Band Of Brothers, Andor, Life on Mars and The Expanse. But sadly missing Miami Vice

Can't argue with most of those.
I would like to have seen the original (British) 'House of Cards' in there, and I think 'Generation Kill' is better than BoB, there, I said it.
Oh, and Bluey should be in there. Top 20 easily. For the 'Flatpack' episode alone.

Ooh controversial. and I think 'Generation Kill' is better than BoB, there, I said it.
I would say that Generation Kill is the funniest TV show both based in a war and based on a true story. It is endlessly rewatchable but not sure I could say better than BOB
I would say both are close to perfect 10s and the more important subject matter makes BOB the best imo.
I think what is more true is that perhaps Generation Kill is the least well known of the truly great TV shows.

Lost is dreadful after the first series not sure how it s so high up
Lost was great at the time because there were so many theories as to what the meaning behind everything was. I remember there being entire websites dedicated to investigating every Easter egg and people spending hours watching scenes in slow motion and zoomed in just in case any clues were missed. The writers tried to be too clever, with too many layers to the story and ended up with no way to end it properly.JagLover said:

I'd also put Better Call Saul above Breaking Bad, although I think the reason BCS is superior is because it comes after BB and for a lot of people that meant they already know the background of the BB universe and all the characters. But I still argue Bob's performance as Jimmy/Saul is better than Bryan's Walter, but only by a smidge.
Glad to see Deadwood on there; my out-and-out favourite TV show and now I must go and rewatch it.
