Do we all still enjoy drinking and getting ever so slightly wobbly. Currently listening to Kate Bush Aerial this evening, with a glow. Or is it just me.

I have also recently taken to watching Jessie Stone movies (starring Tom Selleck) with a bottle of Bourbon.

Oh heck its me isnt it.

Sitting here with Mrs Magnum, a book each, and a bottle of Haut-Medoc. Glowing happily.

Will be dry from tonight until Friday at the earliest. But it’s a nice relaxed end to the weekend before we both throw ourselves back into work & running around with kids tomorrow.

Yeah, it's still legal for adults in the privacy of their own home to get squfftastic, unless the commies in westminster ban it because it offends a certain religion.

So drink on, think of all the famous pissants who, even while mostly ratarsed, changed the world, Churchill, Marx, Hemmingway, Mark Twain, Van Gogh, Brendan Beehan, The Queen Mother.

As the great bard did write, on this day, Robert Burns birthday, "O thou, my Muse! guid auld Scotch drink!"

Cheers.

Something happens under a capitalist government, in a capitalist country, in a capitalist continent.

The internet: "that's communism"

LoL

You reminded me of the following quote:

"I may be drunk, Miss, but in the morning I will be sober and you will still be ugly." — Winston Churchill
