Just a heads-up; Allwyn has multiplied my monthly Direct Debit by 3 and wrongly decided that I buy four Euromillions tickets twice a week.

In short; they appear to have fked up their update

I've just went on to check I have a ticket on tonight but I can't log in.

They've made a rip-roaring of it. curse

After seeing the posts here, I went to check. Couldn't log in on app or website.

Tried reset password, and found out why; the "update" has restricted what special characters you can use. Stupid bds.

Back to silly sentences it is then.

Me and my wife used to play 'together' using just my account. Then three or four years ago, she got her own account, so I stopped the tickets we'd been buying, and set up my own.

The new app reactivated those old tickets, as well as my current one, and doubled the number of times I play each week.

App works for me but it is ste to look at. Why mess with it, just for the sake of it?

The part where you check your ticket shows future tickets as having no match. Why display it that way? Big fail from me..!!

Just tried and ok for me. Bought a Euromillions ticket whilst I was there too.

I thought this was a shockingly bad “update”. The user experience is so poor now and it seems to require more clicks/steps to buy a ticket now. Insane what passes for progress and would have had to be seen by the leadership team prior to being signed off? Mad!

Haven't been on the app for a while but the new version doesn't seem as easy to use. Same goes for logging into the website, took me a while to figure out what I had set up.

Also appears to have not renewed my regular ticket over the weekend like it should have. Great banghead

I can’t update my debit card as it says I have a pending transaction - I tried to deposit a tenner before realising that it was my old card and now I can’t get any further. Just goes into a circle of doom

What pisses me off about this sort of thing is that companies have to fiddle with stuff.
You might look at a car and say “I’m not buying that, it’s too old-fashioned “.
A suit “Im not buying that, it’s too old fashioned “.
A suite of furniture “I’m not buying that, it’s too oldfashioned”.

But nobody ever said “I’m not playing the lottery, it’s too old fashioned “.

And now it doesn’t work properly. Brilliant. I’d boycott it if there was an alternative.

It appears they’ve forgotten the golden rule - upgrade for a better user experience, not simply for more features.

Updated the app, so had to log in with email and password for the first time again.

Said my password was wrong and locked me out banghead

Exactly this, they all do it.... Sonos was another recent shambles. If it ain't broke.....

Checked because of this. Yup no longer remembers biometrics so had to log in and reset them up.

Wow that new app is rubbish compared to the old

The new app doesn't have my DD setup, the website does. I might keep a site bookmarked instead of using the app
