Finale Ligure MTB

[missing the VR6]

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone here has stayed at the Freeride Outdoor Village in Finale before. I know it offers an uplift, but do the trails run down to the town/sea and you get a lift back from there or do they take you above the campsite and you end up back at the campsite after each run?

We spent a day in Finale in 2023 and thought it was stunning, but couldn't get a pitch there for our MoHo sadly.

Haven’t stayed there but have ridden in the area a few times. All the guiding companies didn’t use the trails that finish off of the sides of the town (not the most fun, flowly trails, very loose so high chance of crashes on tired riders). All the days we finished off of nato base area and costing into town. Enjoy the trip

Thanks for the info, looking at maps, the NATO base is more inland, is it fairly easy to get back to the town from there or do the guiding companies drive you back?

We would ride down one of the trails (engineer or roller coaster for example) and the coast down the road into town. Every day was different and we was staying in town so it wasn’t something we was paying huge attention to. If there was a group of you riding together they will try and make the last trail to suit where you wanted to head to. If we road further afield the uplift come would alway drop us off in town or where we wanted, just needed that chat at lunch time to confirm details
