What places wouldn't you visit due to the political climate?
Discussion
I'm going to say
USA
Russia
As places I wouldn't visit currently due to the political environment, but I would travel to should a regime change make it less unappealing to me.
There are other places that I wouldn't want to go to, but it's either not due to just the current political situation there, or I can't see it changing.

Anywhere where citizens have access to guns basically.
I am planning on leaving the UK, London born and bred, the degradation is happening at an alarming rate now, infrastructure, environment and society.
Europe is no different, Taking another investigating trip to Egypt in Feb, So far it is looking a viable option.
I have looked at other parts of the UK, some are still OK, but for how long ?

The Small Arms Survey estimates there are nearly four million firearms in civilian ownership in Egypt, 90% unregistered.

Gun control across most of Europe is pretty strong. It's mainly hunters that get access.

Intriguing for what reason. ?
Couple of things I didn't mention,
Friends we have made in Egypt stay in touch more often than some friends here, who you often find want something when they do.
Despite so called multiculturalism that has been rammed down our throats, as a mixed race couple, black and white, with an age gap, particularly her,but we both feel much more accepted in Egypt.
