Changing Email ?

Hi all. I’ve been a member here for 20 plus years and have always used my original email but that email no longer exists.
Can anyone please tell me how I change to my new email address bearing in mind I can’t receive any confirmations to my old address ?

I really would like to get this sorted. Many thanks .
