Fuse box question

My fuse box doesn't seem to match any of the ones in the bible, but I guess that's not unusual.
However it has two things that none of the diagrams show.
Can anyone tell me what the two circled items are? They seem to have a dollop of silicon gel on top.

I think they are constantly live but not used by TVR, silicone to insulate them.

They are just unused as suggested but live so insulated in a TVR way!
Probably for a midi style fuse in the donor car.
