Unable to buy the raffle tickets on Retro s@#£& site

I was trying to buy a raffle ticket on the retros
te site but it would not go through and came up saying invalid merchant
I was using Google wallet (working well on other purchases),even if I tried to manually enter the card details it came up with the same error
Pleaenitr that inwas trying to buy 1 single ticket not the 2 which was there be default
