Cayenne eHybrid tyres - All Season options?

I'm looking to replace my stock 21" Pirelli Zero PZ4 Summer Tyres with All Season alternatives on a Cayenne eHybrid MY24. Does anyone recommend particular brands/models? Do any still exist that have the 3PMSF markings for use in the Alps or do you need to go full Winters for these now?
